The Job: As an Alpha care worker you would provide a full range of support to elderly / disabled clients living in their own homes. This may include offering domestic support; meal preparation; assistance with personal care; assistance with mobility; social support etc. For the most part our care workers work on a one-to-one basis with clients, but you should also be able to work as part of a team.
