Jean Sellars

Jean qualified as a Social Worker in the 70s and spent
many years directing voluntary care organisations with a focus on training, health education, individual and family
counselling.
Prior to setting up Alpha Home Care she was involved in research and training work for Mencap.
She holds Operational Management (L5) qualifications and is
a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management. |

Diane Gwynn

Di Gwynn undertook paramedic training before moving
to work within the residential care sector. It was here that she developed her conviction that older people should
be supported to remain in their own homes as long as possible - and passionately pursues this goal in her role
within Alpha. She holds a Registered Manager's Award in Care. |
Above all else, Alpha's management team has a genuine
