Our care workers are as individual as those they serve - both genders; all ages; a variety of backgrounds; all with their individual strengths and interests. With this in mind we do our utmost to "match" carer and client to ensure that both parties are happy and relaxed during the time they spend together.     All our carers are carefully selected and undergo full checking with the Criminal Records Bureau and thorough Induction Training before they start work. There are many opportunities for further professional development including NVQ awards in Care.
